Thursday, July 24, 2014 - Gary's Belated Birthday Dinner (Paris Club - Chicago IL): Lots of ripe orchard fruit with energy, density and power to start. Popped and poured, this was best after 5-10 minutes in glass as sweet spice started to emerge. This held up very nicely for close to an hour. Later in the evening (open ~4 hours) it came across as faded and shrill.
