Saturday, April 21, 2007 - sight: ruby-purple, more muddy than clear, med+ intensity, fuscia rim, medium intensity aroma: clean, old world (cooked fruit) and a "cowboy mix" of earth, tobacco, barnyard, game, tar, spice, lush red fruit, floral/herbal (rosemary?), eucalyptus, palate: body full, Intensity medium high to high, finish short and tart, dry, mouth coating tannins (med+), cherry, purple teeth wine, acid med, methol taste along with layer of jammy red fruit and more eucalyptus.
