Monday, February 14, 2011 - Big, big cab. Improves with air, and initial nose and taste will knock you out. Very enjoyable, with hidden complexities throughout the whole bottle. Completely overshadowed a filet (w/béarnaise). Loved this wine, and excited to see how it fairs in the long haul.
