Tuesday, February 13, 2018 - Popped and poured this bottle tableside at Ruth’s Chris dinner. Drank along side a Novelty Hill 2007 Cabernet from Washington. Still dark in the glass with no notable bricking. Mild amount of sediment in the bottle. Dark fruits upfront with a mild Band-Aid scent on the bouquet. Nice dark fruits on the palette with a little bit of earth and an herbal quality.. tannins very soft, In a good place tonight. A good choice tonight to pair up with the excellent steaks we had.
