Sunday, June 1, 2008 - Pale yellow green. Proper saline nose with chalk, white flower, quince and lime aromas. Fresh but surprisingly fat in the mouth but with good cut and simple sea salt, pear and citrus flavors. Finish carries a nice green mineral streak. This seems a bit old for its age so I wouldn't hold it for too long but its a pleasant, proper Chablis and a fine value. Tasted from a screw cap 375.
