Tuesday, February 2, 2016 - Chateauneuf-du-Pape Dinner (Del Frisco - Chicago IL): While I'd consider this oxidative under normal circumstances, I'd almost consider this spring fresh in context of the Beaucastel Blanc VV flight. Pleasant and well balanced with a nice sense of energy on finish.
