Saturday, July 9, 2011 - Pale yellow. Subtle nose, floral with a hint of oak. Obviously from California, but not overly buttery, oaky or sweet. Very nice balance, in fact, between butter, etc. and acidity. Nice cleansing finish. Matched very well with lobster tails.
