Saturday, January 16, 2021 - Beautiful and elegant. Plum, cherry, Asian spices, some anise, tobacco on the nose. Medium bodied with medium tannins that create a smooth long finish. Good acidity. Lots of cherry, raspberry, brighter red fruit, black licorice in the mouthful. Snappy acidic finish with the tannins. This is likely at its peak. Really enjoyed this.
