Sunday, May 30, 2021 - Definitely deserves an upgrade from the last time I drank this beauty. Decanted and drank over 90 minutes. Golden yellow color very dense. Nose of honeyed chalk, yellow orchard fruits, stone, and on the palate fat, expansive, mineral with great balance and acidity, akin to a Montrachet and a very precise buttery but somewhat dry finish. Pairs with any type of food you match it with. Love it!
