Wednesday, May 13, 2015 - Morel Dinner with Big Red & White Burgs and Champagne (L'Etoille du Nord, Bayport, MN): Dark red color. PNP, drank 1 glass over 2hr plus. Another OMG moment, incredible nose; perfumed to the hilt, red fruits, sweet fruit, beautifully floral, sandalwood. The palate offers an array of red fruits, pure and longer than long, so persistent, wow, sour fruits, minerals that drive the finish, tangy - amazing acidity. The tannins are fine and ready. Fantastic!!! 95+ to 96pts.
