Friday, August 9, 2019 - Interesting because this bottle was pale and frothy, with some toasty development on the nose, but just a hint of drying on the palate. Yes, it is a relatively dry style, but I think the underlying fruit is fading. Maybe that's picky--good wine but not for long keeping.
