Friday, October 20, 2023 - Light amber. Noticeably deeper than the 2019 I tasted alongside this year. Rich floral notes and stones fruits. Minerality evolved to wet stones with a touch of flint. Ginger, faint nutty notes. Maybe marzipan? Petrol note. Bright acid. Had it with lobster with a carrot purée. Might have overwhelmed the lobster just a bit. But I bet this would be delicious with a big blue cheese…
