Monday, March 12, 2012 - Domaine Tasting at J.F. Mugnier (Burgundy, France): From bottle at the Domaine. Structured dark berries and earth on the nose with some darker floral notes and spice. Firmly structured dark berry fruit on the palate too. Nice balance of acidity and minerality with a medium finish. It seems fresher and better balanced than I remember from the last time I had it. Very nice.
