Saturday, October 12, 2019 - Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind Burgundy (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): Small glass, tasted blind. Red and black cherry with subtle woodsy spice. Ripe but clearly impeccably balanced. So good now, with good weight and length.
