Wednesday, March 8, 2023 - Coravin fun - Burgundy (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Concentrated with sweet spice, meaty notes, dark hued fruits with a little gamey underpin, gets more jubey and ripe with time. Juicy, generously fruits showing blackberry with a little blackcurrant in support (as are the slightly grainy tannins) all travel long joined by a little black truffle. Very good.
