Friday, July 9, 2004 - Quick visit to Napa and Sonoma; 7/9/2004-7/10/2004 (Sonoma and Napa): Tasting at winery. Subtle strawberry aromas aromas and flavors with a bit of earth coming through already. Light tannins and good acidity, providing good texture today. Probably best 2006-2009, All/mostly declassified fruit from Hirsch.
