Saturday, January 28, 2023 - Keller & Haart tasting (Concept Riesling, Düsseldorf, Germany): Decanted for sediment.
Black fruit, cassis, some pencil shavings and a little earthiness coming through. Still rather primary. Amazingly bright acidity which makes it really fresh. You will have finished your glass before you know it.
Drinking quite well now, but a little more ageing won't hurt it.
