Thursday, December 15, 2011 - Extremely young and tight. It took 3 days to open up, but on day 3 it was a beauty. Once open, it had complex aromas of white flowers, honey, white tea, peach and tons of mineral. On the palate it has good viscosity and texture with bright acidity that helps structure the stone fruits and great mineral finish. Don't touch this for at least 6 months unless you don't mind waiting a couple days for it to open. I love Tablas!
