Friday, April 29, 2016 - My first time with this wine, and I just didn't get it. Gave it an hour of slow ox and checked it out - it was an oaky mess. Dumped into decanter and revisited an hour later after enjoying some lovely 2010 Brunello. This never came around for me. Fruit was hidden behind a wall of oak. I will say, others liked it pretty well, but for me this was not a good experience.
