Wednesday, May 27, 2015 - Decanted for four hours and this beauty is balanced, smooth and became richer and more complex as the dinner progressed. Black fruit, licorice, cassis, cappuccino, sweet forest cedar, currant, and a bit of graphite evolve into a classically structured, exquisitely balanced, and gorgeous wine that is wonderful now and will remain so for many decades.
