Thursday, October 20, 2011 - Tasting of Isabel Ferrando's Portfolio (Union Square Wines): 80% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 5% Mourvèdre. Very low yields, cement vats. Strawberry and earthy nose. Tannic and tight right now. Needs a lot of time to integrate and calm down a bit.
