Saturday, June 17, 2023 - In a gorgeous place, but definitely at peak if not just starting to gradually pass the crest. Honeyed pink apples, jasmine, with hints of ripe pineapple in mango. Firmly in balance between sweetness and acidity, with a long lemon finish showing flashes of tea. This is very much a light pudding wine you could serve with not too sweet fruit based desserts. If that's not your thing, foie gras would certainly work.
