Saturday, December 12, 2020 - I decanted this for 20+ hours; still a young wine, but with the extended decant, this drinks well. Complex nose - hold if you only have one or two, but this is worth taking a look at now if you have more than a couple.

12/13/2020 5:32:00 AM - The previous time I had tried it, I only decanted for 3+ hours and the wine was still too tight, so at this point, with a wine of this caliber in a classic vintage, I think the long decant served it well. We paired it with a dry aged filet in a Vietti Barolo reduction with mushrooms and shaved white truffle and it was a pretty awesome pairing 👍
