Friday, March 22, 2024 - Nick A's "Good Barolo and Barbaresco" at 67 PM (67 Pall Mall, London): A generously opened additional bottles from the cellars. It's tight and so young for a wine of its age but there are some delightful red fruit, thyme and smoky notes on pouring. With air a little rosehip and some slightly high toned strawberry. Some caper too. Palate is more open than some but still on the tight side. Quite cerebral for me.
