Sunday, August 6, 2023 - With seafood and lobster at Ostria, Crete.

Very citrus, lemoncurd, clementin, chalc, riesling petroleum.
Fresh and refreshing. Would be great as a champagne sorbet mid dinner to clean the palatte.
