Saturday, February 11, 2012 - Ruby red with a peppery, raspberry fruit nose. Fresh and silky smooth, a nice savoury style, well balanced with a herby mid-palate, a touch of dried meats and the lightest hint of jammy blueberry fruit on the finish. Very nice.
