Looked really tightly wound, compact and unyielding next to a couple of Aussie Chardys. It is rich and sappy with explosive orchard fruits cut with minerals. It has some honeysuckle aromas and flavours and is detailed and extremely long.

Notes of honeysuckle and white peach. This is rich, broad shouldered and muscular although quite accessible now. I like the wine but it was blown off the table by the 2010.

White Burgundy Blind: Dead or Alive? (Home of Chef Andrew Plummer, East Greenbush, NY): Light yellow color. Muted marzipan nose. Crisp, delicious and complex in the mouth. Expansive. Excellent. Group WOTN.

double decanted, better and better with time, plenty of detail, great texture with a stunning linger and deep finished.
