Strawberry and camphor on the nose. On the palate, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, with notes of grapefruit, rhubarb, and light white pepper on the medium finish, with good acidity. This was a very good value at a little under $30.

Definitely something not right initially. Volatile acidity perhaps? Maybe soap residue in my glass? i doubt it. Whatever it was (pretty sure VA), it blew off and gave way to bright red fruits. Easy enough to drink. Enjoyable.

Bright strawberry, red and vibrant fruits and minerality. This gained something overnight, as well. Some secondary notes. Really nice to drink and easy to pair with a variety of foods.

Popped and poured. Barnyard and cherry on the nose, with hints of leather and raspberry, along with some pepper at the end. Rich and smooth on the palate, with cherry and earth, some leather and raspberry on the mid-palate, and a nice spicy finish.

Light color. Mineral nose. No barnyard aroma. Definite flavor profile favoured by Garagiste. Rock, stems and skins with unextracted fruit lurking in the background. Similar to Cote de Brouilly. Better on day two.

No detailed notes. Relatively light bodied with a distinct peppery note. I served this too warm (room temp) and think it suffered as a result. Will check in later with the rest of the bottle appropriately chilled. Update: much better the second day, whether because of time, appropriate serving temp, or both.
