Updated rating since last bottle- Bought at release and cellared since. Have had a few bottles since release and held a couple back since I’ve always found BC to age well. This has held up nicely, still has bright acidity and a fuller body than I remembered.
Nose was muted at first and as it opened still had some citrus notes and lemon curd not much oak at all. Wouldn’t guess it was 13 years old and definitely has improved with additional time in the bottle.

Gold in color showing signs of its age but nose is still fresh and primarily citrus, lemon some slight notes of herbs and salinity/ocean air which is reminiscent of a white burgundy. Still has med+ acidity and no clear signs of age other than a little more rich fruit but sound wine with nice balance. Really good wine not sure on the other notes but this bottle was purchased on release and cellared at appropriate temps and humidity so may have just aged better since bottle showed no adverse signs of age and all present agreed without knowing was likely 4 years old not 9 years. Enjoy if you still have some would not see much upside to holding longer.

Unlike the Gnesa the 2010 3-D is still a solid wine. Nose is similar (not good) but the wine still tastes fresh with lots of acid and none of the off flavor on the mid-palate.
Not a great chard but still drinkable.

Seems to have fallen apart since I last tried it a couple years ago. Hot alcohol and oak in the nose; rich, creamy, full body but tasted cooked, almost burned butterscotch, touch of citrus with that hot alcohol presence. No real faults, but disappointing.

Good acidity but did not care for the oak that was too present, nor the butterscotch flavor that crept in. Maybe consuming this earlier would have resulted in a wine that was more crisp, but I only had this one bottle.

Lemon zest with subtle floral influence on the nose. Palate offers more lemon and associated citrus flavors delivered with structure and a linear nature. Good backbone of acidity. Very focused.

Pop and pour - note after 2 hours. Nose of citrus, banana and vanilla. Similar on the palate. Nothing wring with it - but it does seem a bit heavy and monolithic.

Nose has a hint of butter and nice lemony notes. The palate follows with the butter. Some mild stone fruit, and some citrus hints. Fairly thick texture. Nice enough wine. Not a good qpr.

This was not one of my favorite Brewer-Clifton Chardonnay's. It seemed a bit devoid of any fruit character and also was missing some of the nuances and unique elements that one typically finds in B-C Chardonnays. It presented a medium to full body and had a nice mouthfilling texture, but I struggled to find the alluring taste profile I was anticipating. Hints of salinity underlying throughout.

- Yellow gold color. It's high in alcohol with a medium/full body. Polished texture.

Light yellow color; almond, tart pear nose; tasty, ripe lemon, pineapple nose; juicy, ripe pear palate; needs 2-plus years; medium-plus finish
