Similar to the last bottle. This wine is on the decline and certainly advanced. Quite soft, orchard fruits. Lacks the typical freshness and minerality that I like in a Chevy.

Yellow color. Advanced for sure, but not blatantly oxidized. It did not get worse with air. Some bruised apple aromas. Soft, rich and creamy on the palate. It could use a bit more acidity. Sweet finish. Drink up!
well maybe not in 2 years , how about 7 months . Had with dinner last night Brushetta and chix scarpiello This was very different than the last one , ,deep yellow color , very sweet taste apples on the nose , fine bottle of wine for sure nothing off the charts though just very good bottle of white wine......saved a 1/4 bottle for today

Dinner at the Blanchards (Newburyport, MA): Whoa! Nose of crisp apple with a hint of oak. Initally cold, the toasty appple, lemon zest, vanilla opened up in the glass. Terrific acidity balanced the fruit without tartness and a slight, very pleasing petrol mouthfeel that helped the finish go on and on.

Premox and ever so slightly corked. Golden color with sharp Brett-like honey notes.

Initially soft, served slightly too warm. With air, some premox appeared, first on the nose, then on the palate. Drinkable, but just that.
