Popped and poured. Faint aroma of lemon and seaweed. Creamy lemon flavors, with a tart finish. Excellent, archetypal Chablis. Solid backbone, pure and pleasant flavor, and an unusual tingly finish. Great value.

Yes, this is one of the most savory renditions of Chardonnay I've ever had, even within the context of Chablis. Saline and herbal, it has a solid backbone of acidity and is quite food friendly. Fruit is not the attraction in this wine, but it is lovely nonetheless.

Pale, greenish. More salinity than fruit on both the nose and palate. Light and lean with some herbs, strong acidity and very stony finish. A terrific oyster wine.

This wine is like the essence of Chardonnay, naked and unadorned. Piercing acidity and some chalk, bone dry, stark and quite beautiful for what it is and what it's not. I like this very much but not sure this would be everyone's cup of tea.

This is brilliant. Crisp, excellent fruit, nice balance, and finish, surprising depth and breadth. Impressive, and especially so for the price. Nice recommendation from Chambers St and I need to seek out more.
