Note: I use the recommended scale, so 85 represents a very good wine.
I think Matsutake hit the nail on the head for this one. An entry level Chablis that punched above its weight. Nicely balanced, full of flavor. I would have given it 90+ except that it was not so good the next day. Next one I will drink at one sitting.

Could this little Chablis survive over a decade? Yes, yes indeed it can. Gone is the harshness of the bottles we drank in 2014 and 2015, replaced by a nice refreshing thirst quencher that cuts fat and salt beautifully. I really expected sherry or vinegar but no oxidation to be found here. What a pleasant surprise!

I like this wine and with age, it has become even more enjoyable. Clean, crisp with a nice mouth finish the years have softened some of the harsh acids that were evident early on without detracting from the taste in any way. Great QPR

Another year and this stuff has continued to improve. Lemons, grapefruit, minerals, and florals on the nose. On the palate it's stony but rounded with juicy acids and a long finish. Great food wine. Very nice.

88+. Tasted back in July and just as good. Really delightful easy to drink Chablis with great minerality, mouth feel and presence. And at under $18 a bottle a great buy to boot!!

Delightful Chardonnay. Nice citrus (Lemon) and honey in the nose with crisp apple and fresh apricot flavors. Bright acidity. Lovely to sip or pair with salad or seafood.

P&P, 56F. After work, Thur. Light yellow. Full nose with honeysuckle, apricot and lemon zest, sweetish. Lots of mineral and acid on the palate, eith some roundness. The mid-palate fades precipitously but there is a lingering low level finish. Not a lot of complexity. Seems like it may be just as good or better colder and on the terrace. This is an OK Chablis that won't embarrass but not worth searching out or buying more (except in bulk for a party).

56F, P&P. Light yellow. Lemon on the nose, refreshing. Nice balance with good acid (but? and?) very light. Cirus fruit, some mineral. Shortish finish, but in keeping with the overall picture. Could drink this like lemonade! I only get a little "complexity". A nice light Chablis. [Just read Zimmerman's blurb and have to say it IS Monday night, home and a fine wine]

Clean high intensity lemon yellow. Clean medium intensity nose, citrics, green apple, silex, some peaches. Dry, high acidity, medium-low body, moderate amplitude, somewhat thin. Medium duration and intensity afertaste.

Consistently good. Easy drinker and enjoyable for dinner guests. Crisp apple, slight honey aromas, nice acidity, balanced flavors. Most folks don't believe it's Chardonnay (because it is unoaked).

Nice everyday Chablis. Balanced, not too acidic, not terribly complex, can go with food or on its own.

A bit thinner and less full-bodied than I expected (for some reason), but a nice, affordable Chablis with hints of lime and grapefruit.
