Note: I use the recommended scale, so 85 represents a very good wine.
I think Matsutake hit the nail on the head for this one. An entry level Chablis that punched above its weight. Nicely balanced, full of flavor. I would have given it 90+ except that it was not so good the next day. Next one I will drink at one sitting.

Could this little Chablis survive over a decade? Yes, yes indeed it can. Gone is the harshness of the bottles we drank in 2014 and 2015, replaced by a nice refreshing thirst quencher that cuts fat and salt beautifully. I really expected sherry or vinegar but no oxidation to be found here. What a pleasant surprise!

I like this wine and with age, it has become even more enjoyable. Clean, crisp with a nice mouth finish the years have softened some of the harsh acids that were evident early on without detracting from the taste in any way. Great QPR

Another year and this stuff has continued to improve. Lemons, grapefruit, minerals, and florals on the nose. On the palate it's stony but rounded with juicy acids and a long finish. Great food wine. Very nice.
