Good and vibrant Pouilly Fuisse, but it is a bit young still. Needs time to pull itself together. Right now a bit awkward and angular with unbalanced acidity but tons of power. Shows well for the future but not so much for immediate enjoyment and consumtion.

Straight from bottle at 15 degrees Celcius. Butter, citrus, cream and pineapple nose. Coconut. Very thick nose. Gives me watery mouth. Mmh. Lovely.
Starts out a bit stingy acid on the tip of my tongue but gets fuller mid palate and gives me some green herbal notes and more pineapple. Finish is a bit muted and drying. Some aspargus and rhubarb too. Wakes up after an hour or two. Now it's really full bodied and quite intense. But not as intense as the 2008 was a month ago. Must be the aging. Will wait with my remaining bottles for a while.

Good and consistant with last tasting but a bit overly oaked.
