Black cherry throughout with roast game, earth and mushroom. Similar to another bottle from earlier this year, but slightly fresher, less firm, more balanced. Good now.

Popped and poured. Mature black cherry with earth and mushroom. Good weight and depth for its level, slightly rugged finish still shows some rough tannins. Drinking well, but probably better a few years back.

Upon opening, very nice pinot nose; mouthfeel was rather simplistic and lacked depth and length. The wine disintegrated fast after it was opened. Past peak.

Tasted November 8, 2007 at an offline. Opened and served immediately. Light garnet color in the glass, slightly dusty looking throughout. Nose of roasted meat, burnt rubber and white pepper. Simple and slightly muddled flavors of red berries and red cherries. Tart acidity, medium tannins and body. Drink now.

Classic tart cherry notes. Acidity here is not subtle and not meant to be. Tannins are noticeable and in balance. May be a bit austere for many, but this is classic light French food wine. 90 pointer easy.

This is a classic, great value at $30 per bottle. Very nice fruit forward, and balance..bit austere in the finish, more masculine in its stance, definitely has legs

Barnyard and Brett. Some nice tart fruit on the palate but too much Brett for me. Another cork that was completely soaked through.

Little Bretty. Not as fruity as I remembered. Light bricking, moldy under the foil.

Opened up nicely. Cork smelled bad, but wine was fine. Not the usual funky/earthy french pinot.

Leaker with sticky wine under the capsule. Still an enjoyable young wine.

tell-tale "sticky" wine undeer the capsule- this saw some heat at some point along the way- clipped everything.
