I concur with the other tasters who say this is an excellent example of Oregon Pinot. It is. However, at +/- $65 the QPR is...well...questionable.
Expressive nose of ripe berries, vanilla, and wet earth. Flavors of black cherry and oak are built on a pleasant barnyard background. Soft tannins and a bigger body. Medium to long finish. Quite good and drinking well now.
