Blind Tasting 1968-79 Ridge Geyservilles (Tom's House, Palo Alto, CA): Interesting and pretty nose of sweet cherry and cinnamon with a touch of v.a. Medium bodied with low to medium acidity. Youthful with deep cherry fruit. A bit porty. Clearly a late-picked or late-harvest, but not overly sweet or out of balance. (my 3rd, group's 1st)

Nose - toasted baguette, summer savory, cherry. Full lovely savory spice mahogany, red cherry, redwood. Still young and continued to improve over time.
