Drinking well, but just noticing the start of some oxidative notes in the wine. I prefer crisp and fresh sparklers, which this is, but I believe it is just starting to show more notes of aging.

Lovely intense but super fine bubble structure. A web of bubbles in the glass they were so fine. Great lovely melon, light toast and almond butter. Palate is absolutely stunning. So much length and firmness. Lively finish that is quite complex. Darker tangerine and some light caramel notes on the back end. Great bottling. Recommended. A great affordable way to celebrate with a rarer bubbly from a ultra premium California producer.

From Magnum. Served very cold. Light straw color, long, intense stream, med size bubbles. Exceptionally fresh/intense fruit. Fooled me completely as I thought it textbook Chard but in fact, Pinot. No stem or skin time with juice. Nice stuff, more of a crowd pleaser, but with plenty of backbone. Nothing off.

Clear with white tiny bubbles. Tight lime and flowers on the nose. Secondary tangerine and yeast. Lite body and hyper-focused on the palate. Devine, bright citrus fruit. Superb yeast integration…soft textures without the cloying baked notes. Loads of floral action on the back. Super structured. Long finish. Glad I have another bottle.

Didn't even know this wine was made until tonight, and yum. Toasty nose, baked apple pie with extra vanilla in the crust. Finely-textured, small bubbles. A real pleasure.

Light, fruity, long lasting bubbles, tart but not overwhelmingly so, low acid, light alcohol, very nice. I wish I had more.

Extraordinary. Yeasty nose of green apple and pear. Flavors carry through the palate. Crisp, dry finish. Unique.

Not as special as I was expecting. Fine bubbles, nice color, but bland. Lacked the "yeastiness" of a great champagne.

California Wine Country with Jill for our 30th's; 9/9/2012-9/15/2012 (California): What a cool wine to taste at the winery! An Estate Blanc de Blanc Brut. So yummy and stylish. Not at all over done.
Minerals and nice green fruit. Great purity and clean white flowers. Cotton and fresh linen. Lovely.
