Popped and poured. No signs of premox. Very bright and big. Bog dose of sulfur blew off with 30+ minutes. A proper Sauzet Batard that in theory would get better with age. Wouldn't take the chance, drinks now with air.

Gala Dinner 2023: (A) From a MAG. Small glass
Linear and lemony with good intensity and lots of dry extract. More focus than the 02 BBM tonight. 93+
