See earlier note. Changes are touches of dried fruit and laurel in the nose, and fruit has begun to go downwards. Still very balanced, and few signs of the 15,5 % of alcohol.

Dark red, some orange on edge. Large bq w dark berries, minerals, some oak, some herbs (Rosemary). Full body w slightly drying (but velvety) tannins, medium acidity, plenty of dark fruit, toasted coffee. Aftertaste fairly long, touch of alcohol (15,5%), but still fruity. Enjoyable! Plan to drink over next 1-2 yrs.

A bit tight on the nose with notes of raspberries, blackberries, black currant, oak, fresh crushed black pepper and meat juice. Not very far from something sprung out of southern Rhone. Pleasant sniff! There is just a little hint of alcohol that bothers me a bit.
Massive on the palate with lots of dark, dark fruit mixed with fresh red berries, oak, black pepper, dark chocolate and mint. Good acidity and nice grippy tannins! The finish is long, dry and nuanced with notes of raspberries, cherries, chocolate, blackcurrant leaves and some dusty gravel. There is also a small hint of alcohol heat, but the wine holds 15,5 % abv so who give a damn about that little heat puff?!
This wine is still fresh and vibrant and will last easily for another five or seven years, but it's already a pretty damn good Priorat for 27 €.

Monthly Tuesday group The Dead Sparrow #011: Priorat (By PS): Concentrated bouquet with dark berries, leather, sweet spices, autumn and some cedar. On the palate concentrated dark berries, laurel, firm acidity and somewhat drying tannin.

Ripe and rich, supported by ample acidity and tannin. Dark berrie-fruit, oak well handled.

Meget lækket vin med sød duft af brun farin og krydret smag af mørke bær.

Wika vinfestival 2012 (Køge): Virkelig intens vin. God fylde, passende syre, vanille. Bedst til mad på nuværende stadie. Mums
