Incredible nose of manila mango, lemon custard, pear, and crème brûlée. On the palate, the citrus custard is enhanced and stunning, but the palate doesn't present as much complexity as the nose. Long, pleasant finish. I wish I bought more! I would like to sniff this all day.

Casual Steakhouse Dinner (Bavette's - Chicago IL): Apple, lemon and lemon peel with very good energy. Enjoyable on its own, more vibrant and balanced with seafood. Moderate weight and length. Best over the next 5 years while fruit retains freshness. Served alongside the 2011 Cuvée Haute Densité, what a contrast!

This has not really moved an inch since we first tasted this over 4 years ago. Focused, zinging acidity, citrus and orchard fruit. Still very young. Enjoyable at this stage but give it 5-10 more years.

I loved this. Sexy nose. Crystaline yellow fruit. The palate needs some time but this has a wonderful amount of fruit. Great balance with acid. Love this.

Klassisk vin med toner av smør, nøtt og fat over stram sitrusmineralitet. Elegant, syrlig og slank i munnen, trenger litt tid for å komme helt i balanse. Men potensialet er der. 88-90p

Expressive bouquet of white floral, spice, lemon lime citrus, hint of caramel and hazelnut. It displays white spice and notes of citrus on entry with precision and rather high acidity. Very mineral inflicted from the mid till the end with wet stones and grape fruits.

Nose of floral and mineral. Apple, brioche leading to a wet stone mineral finish. Tart acidity goes with the rich roundness. Light to medium bodied and energetic, but a bit of structure to it. Needs to knit together more for some, b/c it's perhaps a touch scatter-shot but it's bounding without being in your face. Delightful.

PopnPour, tasted over 3 hrs and day 3 -translucent light gold -ripe yellow fruits -med acidity, soft round almost plush mouthfeel, ripe yellow fruits bordering on tropical, some minerality emerges late -pleasant, though a bit unfocused at this infant stage with abundant baby fat

Light yellow. Some sulfur clouds the aromatics, but you still get floral, flinty tones. Lacier than the Princee and less generous in texture and fruit. Fine, steely and long, also tart on the finish. This brought Puligny to mind and definitely needs time.

Lemon, lemon zest and tart apple aromas with similar flavors with slightly less apple and reasonably ripe and fleshy. Medium weight with very good minerality and acidity. Give another year to soften.

Wines of Hubert Lamy (Bistro 7 (7 N. 3rd St., Philadelphia)): Really terrific. Focused clean acidity. The chalky soil really comes through here. Fruit is well balanced. Pale color but nice orchard fruit. Pear and muted apple. Enjoyable. Good food wine.

Nicely floral with green apple and lemon aromas. Similar flavors with very mineral-flecked textures. Bright and fresh. Very good length.

Nice zippy acidity with a clean finish. A very nice mineral note. A very pretty nose with good fruit on the palate.

Quite closed on the nose; a bit out of sorts on the palate, marked by a citric acidity. Has length but hard to judge.
