Deja Vu Trade Tasting (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney): Jammy, anonymous black fruit, slight cream and butter notes. Still jammy in the mouth but a slight herbaceous/pyrazine note makes things a little more interesting. The tannins are slightly burnt and tend to drying out. Meh.
