Nothing special but a solid wine for the price. Very drinkable and nice for a random evening, or to cook with, or to make a sangria with. Much better than other wines in the same price range.

Fantastic value at $13. I found this to be medium bodied with nice aromas of citrus and a touch of honeysuckle with flavors to match. It paired fantastically with Salmon en Papillote atop zucchini spaghetti. Maxwell Creek often appears on WTSO, but this was the first one I purchased. I would be happy to try more of their wines. Again, why spend $15 on mass-produced grocery store wines when you can have something like this for less money??

probably a 70-75 first night. up to 80 second night with a bit spicier dish - surprising to me. Maybe it needs to cellar a bit longer.
