I really wanted to like this but it fell flat for me on a variety of levels. Drinkable and mildly enjoyable but not far beyond that. More detailed review of this bottle on my blog:
Still looking for an Italian white that I really ever want to buy twice. Almonds, citrus and honey. some minerality with a waxiness. Paid $19, drinks like $10-$12.

Candied lemon, lime. Vanilla whipped cream. Powdery. Not as herb as I recall other vintages. Medium body, but not lacking on palate texture. A full chalkiness, that has the feeling to draw back with more time in bottle. Great finish. Impressive AND interesting.

One of the most enjoyable whites we've had in a while. Typical of Italian whites it's not fruity but dry and refreshing. Mostly it said "more......" so we have to find it again.

Sappy guava and Sauvignon blanc like notes of gooseberries and lemon lime acidity. Slightly oily with grippy rounded preserved plum like aftertaste.

served chilled. consistent with previous notes: yellow fruit, mineral and perhaps slightly spicy, dry lemon citrus finish.

Lemon curd and white flowers on the nose. Vibrant palate of lemon / lemon zest, tart peach and a supportive minerality. Great value!

POP. Nose of under-ripe fruit. Palate was yellow fruit, mineral and perhaps slightly spicy. New grape for me = Verdeca
