Great at room temp, even more fun with slight chill. Slathered in minerality; lively acidity; cranberries and bright red stewed cherries, too. This is a why-we-drink-Chiroubles wine: simultaneously serious and fun. Will go back to this well for sure.

Some might not like the rather hard edge, but this has a lovely pure Gamay fruit and for me it is a good if everyday drink

No fireworks but a good example of how to make good wine with Gamay. Classic Beaujolais. Good VFM

It smells like red currant and blackberry. The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle.
