Planning Session (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Mildy cloudy light medium bricked red color with a 3mm clear edge. PNP, drank a couple glasses over 90 minutes. Bellissimo's bottle. Man I love these color vintages from the WV. This was really in a good place; earth and dried strawberries on the nose, with dried rose petals, and raspberry. The palate is tart and crisp with lovely berries, tart cherry, ground tobacco, and fine tannins on a lighter medium body frame with a long finish. Right in my wheelhouse stylistically.

PnP, consumed over an hour. Shared with friends and going off memory.
Last of our '11 BTFs. A little cloudy in the glass with hints of bricking at the rim but this was far from tired. Bright red tart fruits (raspberry / cranberry) with cherry, boysenberry and baking spices. Lovely acids, plush mouthfeel. Holding up well but should have more years in the tank.

Brought to a restaurant. PnP, no formal notes. Clean, feminine, cherry / red raspberry, baking spices and a hint of forest floor. More of an acid driven wine. Delicious!

Popped and drunk Hint of nail polish, alcohol on the nose not too overwhelming though. Cherry pie, leather type nose. Cherry pie mixed with a type of cookie dough type flavor. Quite high acid., a little clay and ceder flavors come out as well. Good stuff, but not mind blowing.

Cranberries, floral notes, hints of cola, touches of tobacco, nicely integrated oak. 94.
