Brought this to Berserkerfest BBQ ay Jay's house. I planned on bringing the 2010, but it was missing. I was reluctant to bring such a young wine to what's normally a tough crowd. Even the 'how can you drink this now' crowd enjoyed the 2012. A 2 hour decant. Some sweetness. Really dark color. This was an Oh Boy wine. I can only imagine how my other bottle will drink in 2019! Full bodied. A hint of tannins. Drink now and enjoy. No rush to drink.

An enjoyable Syrah, 1st glass after one hour out of cellar. Nose is earthy, a bit acidic on the tongue and finish. Very drinkable now, likely further airing would smooth it out.

Too young to score. Harsh on the pop and pour, but quite smooth and tasty four hours later. This isn't as complex as Radio Coteau Cherry Camp, but it's a real pleasure to drink, especially with grass-fed lamb.

Excellent syrah with steak. Drank a little warmer then cellar temperature, no decant. Fruitier than I recalled previously, but well balanced.

Good overall, but it's a bit acidic and some bitter notes come through at the end, maybe an off bottle?

Mikes best Syrah yet. Wonderful nose and full of life. A real pleasure to drink. Vacuum sealed and the next day it was even better!

Needs several years in the cellar to put on some weight
