Not all Bourgogne Blanc were created equally, and some Bourgogne Blanc are meant to be consumed within 3-5years after release. This 2012 Antoine Jobard Bourgogne has peaked and the fruits are fading away gradually. 2011/2012 White Burgundy Blind Tasting – Light weight and elegant, mellow, some lactic nose. Not much intensity or fruit concentration, possibly a Bourgogne or a Saint Romain? 2011? (77/100)

Medium yellow. Pear and some wood. Rich and sappy, fabulous weight and feel, but lively enough with some tart green apple at the end. One of the more exciting Bourgognes I can recall; it really does drink like declassified Meursault (which it is!).

Golden straw color. Nose is very good. Cannot put my finger on what it is, but it seems the essence of chardonnay. Very expressive nose. A bit cold perhaps, but still shows really well. The mouthfeel is full bodied and gentle, pleasant and polite. Not a powerhouse but elegant and velvet. Some vanilla towards the end of the palate. Nice.

Citrus, citron, pure lemon. Spicy herb, parsley. Ripe, an impression of a sweet wine, creamy, lait cuit. Dry on the palette but a wine without much tension. A little spicy in the mouth, tip toes down without ever being terribly easy or gliding. Faithful to the house style, honest "regional" wine but it reaches out to Villages level effortlessly. Misses a little bit of freshness but it is from the bottom of the slope.

Limón, algo constreñido, barrica integrando, peras en almibar y mineralidad, clasicismo renocible.
La boca es mas plana, le falta tensión, limpia y con cierto volumen.
