Not all Bourgogne Blanc were created equally, and some Bourgogne Blanc are meant to be consumed within 3-5years after release. This 2012 Antoine Jobard Bourgogne has peaked and the fruits are fading away gradually. 2011/2012 White Burgundy Blind Tasting – Light weight and elegant, mellow, some lactic nose. Not much intensity or fruit concentration, possibly a Bourgogne or a Saint Romain? 2011? (77/100)

Medium yellow. Pear and some wood. Rich and sappy, fabulous weight and feel, but lively enough with some tart green apple at the end. One of the more exciting Bourgognes I can recall; it really does drink like declassified Meursault (which it is!).

Limón, algo constreñido, barrica integrando, peras en almibar y mineralidad, clasicismo renocible.
La boca es mas plana, le falta tensión, limpia y con cierto volumen.
