Really enjoyed this wine. Has a litheness from translucent color to palate. Feminine and sexy. Red berries (strawberry), floral, nice tannin, satisfying finish. Well made and enjoyable from nose to empty bottle.

Finally, Pickpocket returns to form! Nose is a complex mix of high pitched floral notes infused with plum, strawberry, rhubarb and a little orange Julius. Midpalate is medium weight but mouthcoating. Finish is a repeat of all the flavors from the nose with more emphasis on the Orange Julius. Awesome!
-- Consumed at at cellar temp: 60°-65° F. Friends don't let friends drink red wine at room temp!

Garnet in the glass , sweet tart cherry & lavender fields on the nose, palate is expressive with out being a fruit bomb, notes of chocolate covered cherry, boysenberry and a hint of coffee, nice long finish

Bright and vibrant, with enough depth and substance that allows a nice smooth finish that lasts. I think this will get even better with some age. Not heavy or overdone at all.

Are all Sans Liege Grenaches great or is it just me thinking that?

Bold, lush, but not hot or overdone, very nicely done. Seems like it could still go several years

Bold and rich, really big, but I'm liking it. Still, I'm liking it at $42.

Great texture, yet light on the palate. Full flavor blended with spice. With time this will improve.

Showing really well. Popped and poured. Plenty of fruit built on a savory foundation. Structure in place; excellent with a fatty rib dinner.

This was a banging wine right out of the gate. I couldn't get over the perfume of the nose, everything about this wine is just big and voluptuous.
